New AI line for Algarve Portimao 2023 by Luis Barata here:

Edited the existing AI line using the AI Spline Editor app and AI hints to significantly improve lap times, improve side by side racing, and reduce crashing.
Works with GTs, prototypes, and open wheelers except the VRC formula alpha 2024 and URD Loire 07 (the ai/default setup has issues with the bump on turn 1)
I welcome anyone to edit and improve this as they see fit.
