IMPORTANT: please download the base files of Modular Mods before installing this, otherwise it won't work
How to install: simply drop the _MODULAR_MODS folder in your F1 2021 folder. If it asks to replace existing files, you may have another Alfa Romeo livery installed, I advice you take the fomswap_alfa_romeo.erp file out of the _ACTIVE folder and retry the installation of this livery afterwards.
A day before the announcement of the 2022 livery for the Alfa Romeo, I thought it would be fun to share with you my take on it.
It isn't a huge detour from the liveries that the former Sauber team have adopted, but I think I've made a good effort in order to optimize sponsor placement and make the livery a bit more sporty.
As you may notice by looking at the photos, installing this will replace the Alfa Romeo chassis with the FOM one, and this was done to make it easier to work on.
The red looks a bit more purple than what I originally envisioned, but I think it looks good nontheless!
You can clearly see that I added a Swiss flag on the side because - remember - this is still technically Sauber, and I wanted to honour their origins.
The wings are now black and red, to be honest that's probably the biggest change...
You can see that on the right side there's an Italian flag, and you have Alfa Romeo to hank for that.
This has been my first livery project since september, so I may be a bit rusty...
Now I have to ask you for help: does anyone of you know how I can change the numbers? The files provided by the Modular Mods' creator don't include them, and I would love to make some specific numbers for this mod.
