If you look on the first picture, how do I make Aperta skin same? Like remove silver metal things after front wheels and remove 70 sticker? And also change plate to default Kunos one?

Sorry, what do you mean? Those are to imitate (kinda) the look of the Aperta. Of course it's not exactly the same.
Do you want to make it like a normal LaFerrari (with stripes but not "Aperta")? If that's the case then download version 4.0. Then, to remove the license plate, delete files "Plate_D.dds" and "Plate_NM.dds" but you won't have any license plate (just the ugly one saying "Assetto Corsa").
Please explain...
BTW, I'm changing/improving ALL skins (and a few more) but it's going to take a while.

Sorry (not a native English speaker), you mean doing similar skins for the FXX K, or doing FXX K skins for LaFerrari? Most of these skins are based on real LaFerrari ones. Some customers used FXX K liveries on their normal LaFerrari. Even the last skin of mine (Siracusa, for the 488 GTB) is based on a regular FXX K.
My main problem is there are already a lot of skins for the FXX K (and someone did those for LaFerrari too)... I'll see what I can do later.

It's compressed in RAR5 format. You need latest version of WinRAR or 7zip (it's free).
