New AIW file for the track Spa66.

Firstly a big thank you to Sergio Hundo for converting this classic track for Race 07.
Great job, mate.
While enjoying a race on the track, I noticed that there were a lot of crashes at
"Les Combes" bend because the AI tries to take it a little fast. So I have refined the AI line through the bend to reduce crashes. I haven't eliminated the crashes as I feel it adds a little realism to the race if at least a few AI drivers spear off the road and burst into flames.
To install the file, unzip and place it into the Spa66 folder.
Race 07/GameData/Locations
And click yes to overwrite.
