1.4 - Better handling of track physics

1.4 Update improvements:
1) Removed automatically enabling track layout physics
2) Track physics is now enabled / disabled with user buttons

1.2 - App only needed for CSP v0.2.1

CSP contains its own fix for above 0.2.1.
CSP does not have this issue with versions below 0.2.1

Code now handles this so if you have the app installed but use different versions it simply stays inactive.

1.1 - Update Bug fix and Misc Code Improvements!

V1.1 Update Info:
I have made the following improvements:
- More informative UI for if the user's setup needs updating or track physics enabling.
- Bug fix, On the first qualifying session of loading up content manager, the app would be ignored. This would require users to do an in-game restart of the qualifying session. This has now been fixed!
