AI Qualifying App 1.4

This app is only needed for CSP Version 0.2.1 as it is the version where all AI leave the pits together on qualifying sessions.

This app affects the AI in qualifying sessions, currently it:
- Makes them leave the pits in 5 second intervals.

Before:

All the AI would leave the pits at the same time and ruin each other's laps!

With App Installed:

Each AI leave 5 seconds between the car in front to do their laps in clearer air.


Known Bug:
- Sometimes the AI still leave the pits at the same time as in the before picture above, if they do, simply restart the session and then the app will work. (Not sure why this happens, will investigate)
