I love this conversion done by Please Stop This. AI for both layouts included. Side lines included. I'm hoping to get a less crashes without losing lap time with these changes.
As with most tracks in Assetto Corsa, using fewer ai cars in your races will help with the turn one log jam in the beginning of races with sharp first turns. Tested with high aggression levels, but I can't test every mod out there, so if you still have cars ramming into each other in places, try reducing aggression level, or remove the offending mod car from your race (not all mod car's ai are created equal!).
Back up your original ai files, in case you prefer the original version.
