You're on a roll Juan. You might consider including in your overview which version of a track you're improving. Guys have many versions of Spa. Sure like your plan though.

At first I thought...what...Spa already has spectators, then I tried the track first at default then with your mod and...MUCH BETTER! Great mod..thanks!
