I missed out a level, if you extracted before you may want to clean up your python folder. In /apps/python you may find the folders ACRLFuelLib, data, dll, img and the file ACRLfuel.py. These should actually be in /apps/python/ACRLfuel (that you would need to create).
The updated version has the correct structure, no actual changes in the app.
