Major bug fixing in writing the perf data

Oh well, the performance data always got written even if it hadn't been read from the past results or updated by the app. This caused that the performance data of a car got lost when the app window wasn't shown.

Version 2.0: more & customizable measurements

What's new in 2.0?
- complete re-write to make it structured
- easy to add/change/remove your own measurements
- Km/h and MPH in one version
- more reporting (more measurements and more values)
- saving (and loading) of best measurements per car (in data sub folder)
- now has an icon

Fix for AC 1.3 (Km/h and MPH version included)
Issue was the shared mem library for python with AC 1.3.
