AC GPK Bahrain (2024 Update) 3.0

• Few gaps in the grass surface alongside the main straight fixed.
• Loading screens updated.

2024 Update version 2.5
All GPK tracks for the FSGP 2024 season will get an update. This year we introduce pit stops in every FSGP race. So we took a close look at every pit exit and in case it was not safe enough we changed it into a safer pit exit. On some tracks this means quit a change to the pit exit and on some tracks (as Bahrain) it is only a white line on the track at the pit exit.
All trees and lights have an update for better looking and better FPS.

Assetto Corsa Grand Prix Karting Bahrain v2.2 (2023 Update):
Driving characteristics of the sand have been adjusted to prevent you from getting stuck in the sand. The sand still has less grip and a higher rolling resistance, but you don't get stuck in it anymore.
The problem in version 2.1 did depend on the setup. There was no problem with the standard setup, but with a modified setup that the faster drivers use.

Assetto Corsa Grand Prix Karting Bahrain v2.1 (2023 Update):

Sausage kerbs
Black tyres at the inside of corners for preventing cutting corners replaced by yellow sausage kerbs. These will still prevent you from cutting corners, but when hitting them it will be less dramatic.

3d trees
Old 2d trees replaced by the newest 3d trees. For seeing these trees you need to have Content Shaders Patch version 0.1.79 installed. With older CSP versions or no CSP you will still see the old 2d trees. We have tested the impact on FPS, and in our tests it had no significant impact.

Track lights
The older GPK Bahrain versions did already have track lights but in this 2023 update version these are replaced by F1 style track lights.

Assetto Corsa Grand Prix Karting Bahrain v2.0
This is a resized version of Bahrain. The rFactor Grand Prix Karting tracks are dedicated for karts and the Assetto Corsa Grand Prix Karting tracks are dedicated for Formula Sudent. Therefore they have slightly different dimensions. The first series AC GPK tracks however have the original kart track dimenssions, as the first Bahrain version had. This version 2.0 now has the Formula Sudent dimensions. In the resizing proces the bumps at the inside of turn 10 and on a lot of kerbs are removed and some buildings and objects surrounding the track are added.
