The car is beautiful, and sounds good. It has appropriate gearing selections and other setup parameters. The baseline setup is good, and it drives very well right out of the box.
There are lots of cool paint schemes. However, the two lower horsepower variants have no skins at all, in my download (mid-August, 2024), according to Content Manager.
Unfortunately, it's also too fast and too grippy for a 289 Cobra. I took it to Le Mans 2017, which is a fabulous test track, and immediately started lapping in the 4:32 bracket, with a top speed of 168 mph. That's about 15-20 seconds too quick, and about 10-15 mph too fast, in my estimation. The "V70" tires, which are really for cars from the 1970s, are a huge reason for the low lap times, for sure. I suspect the mod also needs additional aero drag, to reduce both top speed and rate of acceleration at higher speeds.
So it's great in most ways, and I really appreciate that it exists, but there is also significant room for improvement.
