Added PREDICT POSITION(WIP)
This function displays a prediction of your position at your next pit stop.
It calculates the position you'll OCCUPY when you leave the pits.
Warning: this is only an estimate of your position.

A new parameter file is used for this functionality : « _HERVE_TRACK_INFOS.json ».

This function requires the following data for optimal operation

• The time required to cover the pit lane.
  This requires at least one complete pit stop during practice, qualifying or warm-up.
  
  However, for some tracks the data is already entered in the file « _HERVE_TRACK_INFOS.json ». The background color will be green and it is not necessary to make a pit stop during practice/qualifying/warm up.

• Time needed to refuel
  The function uses the information provided by the dashboard.

• Time needed to change all 4 tires.
  When you return to the pits, you must change all 4 tires. If you don't change all 4 tires, the function will make an incorrect calculation.

Background color management for DASH_1_FULL:
THE COLOR MUST BE GREEN FOR THE FUNCTION TO WORK EFFECTIVELY.

1. BLUEVIOLET: this part is not managed or the data is incomplete (no solution).
2. RED or ORANGE: you must have at least one full pit stop during practice, qualifying or warm-up.
3. GREEN: all data available for this function to work

Detailed position prediction information displayed on DASH_1_FULL and DASH_2:

1. Logo of the car class currently occupying the predicted position
2. Predicted position
3. Name of the pilot currently in the predicted position
4. Gap between your estimated pit stop time and the gap to the driver in the predicted position.

For example:
If your estimated pit stop time is 50 seconds and the current gap to the predicted position is 60 seconds, it will be displayed as 10. This indicates that you may have a 10 second gap before the predicted position driver arrives at the pit exit (I'm not sure if I'm making myself clear).




Background color management on all leaderboards:

1. Background color is FUCHSIA for predicted position (see screenshots)
2. The "Predict Pos" label is also displayed if possible. This label will not be displayed if the competitor currently occupying that position is PIT or PITLANE or OUTLAP.
