Here is the ATEAM Buzz Motorsport 2019 livery for the RSS Formula 4.
The team started in 2018, and is mainly sponsored by ATEAM, who developed a mobile adaptation of the anime "Shoujo Kageki Revue Starlight".
This is the #9 car of Yusuke Shiotsu, who claimed 15th place (out of 54) in the 2019 Japanese FIA-F4 driver standings.
P.S. : There are some (small) missing sponsors, simply because I couldn't find them on the internet. Some sponsors are also slightly misplaced because of the differences between the real F110 and the RSS 4 model.
