I spent a good amount of time trying to make good looking trees while maintaining good performance. Not sure of the "good looking" part but at least performance is better

I reduced tree density and LoD for far-off trees.
I also changed the tree models for more diversity.

Update 1.1 : now using a single 3D tree model for the whole track seems to improve performance. What do you think?
Sorry for the botched release of version 1.0 (missing 3D tree file and wrong param in ext_config.ini : no tree ingame). Many thanks to those who pointed it out.
I'll try to be more cautious next times.

This update changes 3D tree models and adds treelines for a total of 10 239 3D trees on the track. 3D tree position and height data is generated by my program based on original tree / treeline data.
