No need to as the parts from 3 and 4 do not need updating. There are only multiple parts because the file was too big too upload as one

In the video there is a folder with several .stat files, could it be that the lack of them is causing the Restore to fail, is there any way you can put them to download?

No, those were test .stat files. I'm planning an update soon where I will fix the restore file
