Driver swaps are unfortunately still not possible in this game. A face swap and helmet addition to the mod is in the works and will be released in a later update.
Scuderia Ferrari HP:
Ferrari dons a retro white and red style livery similar to the Ferrari designs from the era of Michael Schumacher or Niki Lauda. Ferrari enter the 2026 season with a competitive car and outfit hoping to reclaim glory for the iconic Italian team.
Aston Martin Honda:
Aston Martin join forces with the Honda power unit for the 2026 season. Bolstered by chief designer Adrian Newey's expertise, alongside the new power unit, Aston Martin intends to bring glory to the Aston Martin name and finally allow their main driver Fernando Alonso to claim his third world drivers championship.
Mastercard Mclaren Mercedes:
McLaren find themselves in a very competitive position for the 2026 season. Much like the real-life season of 2007, McLaren find themselves replicating the Ferrari concept, aiming to beat the Italian team and fight for the championship.
Mercedes-AMG Petronas:
Mercedes find themselves entering the 2026 season in a poorer position then they would've hoped, plaqued with poor performance, the Mercedes drivers will find it challenging to fight at the top of the field. Mercedes's quest for success hinges on overcoming these obstacles throughout the season.
Oracle Red Bull Racing Ford:
Despite finding themselves further behind than desired in the new regulations, Red Bull has hopes of remaining competitive and challenging the top of the field in the latter half of the season. Despite trailing behind the top three teams, Red Bull remains a potent contender, benefiting from a flawless car engineered by Ford, excelling under qualifying conditions, Red Bull remains a dark horse in the 2026 season, poised to challenge for victory.
Williams Racing Mercedes:
Williams enter the 2026 season with a competitive package aiming at fighting in the points and challenging for podiums. Their advantage lies in having the fastest top speed among all competitors. This characteristic could significantly enhance their performance, especially on circuits where speed is paramount.
Audi Sport:
Audi Sport debuts in Formula One for their first season with a competitive car able to challenge for the bottom half of the points. The team has plans on improving their package and being competitive with the top of the field. Their promising performance indicates a potential rise amidst the seasoned competition.
Visa Cash app RB Ford:
VCARB enter the 2026 season lower in performance than they had hoped. Their new Ford power unit allows them to excel in qualifying but their race pace lacks and have to fight hard to maintain points.
Andretti Cadillac Ferrari:
Andretti Cadillac debuts in Formula One after the purchasing of fellow American team Haas. Due to the sudden arrival of the team, Cadillac is unable to produce power units until the 2027 season and the team has to opt for a Ferrari engine. Andretti is plagued with poor performance season-long, hoping to benefit from the new power unit in the 2027 season.
Dell Tecnologies Alpine Mercedes:
After years of poor performance and little fan support, Renault pulled out of the F1 project and ended a historic and iconic era of Formula One. Due to the loss of Renault, the main sponsor BWT pulled out of the Alpine project and the team is forced to look to Dell Technologies. Rushing to find a suitable engine replacement Alpine is forced to look to Mercedes, although their initial package was designed for a Renault unit, the Alpine remains entirely uncompetitive.
The removal of ers has been added to enhance gameplay and allow for more immersive closer racing without AI creating trains or flying past you on straights. This change is optional.
One notable change is the addition of new engine sounds:
Aston Martin now sports a honda engine
Red Bull and VCARB now sport a Ford engine
Audi has its own powerunit
Alpine has swapped to a Mercedes engine
