2024 Eurocup-3 skins for tatuus_f3_t_318 Final

Update Version FINAL!!!

Those who followed the races last weekend noticed that they were full of tributes to the victims of the torrential rains that hit Valencia... and each team printed something to pay tribute.

So, I didn't update the car skins... instead, I created other versions of them.

The skins were divided into two variants:

1. Normal version: a version of the default skin
2. PFV version (Pray For Valencia): these are the skins of the cars that were present in the last round of the Eurocup-3. They contain tributes printed on the cars (flag of the Comunitat Valenciana, black ribbon, etc...)

In total, the skinpack will have a total of 76 skins!!!

- Photos of skin previews now appear in the default Assetto Corsa launcher.
With the help of a friend of mine, I ended up solving a problem that had been bothering me for a long time... I was naming the skin folders WRONG, and as a result, the preview.jpg file was not recognized in the default launcher.
Therefore, I will correct the folder names of the skins that ALL THE SKINPACKS I LAUNCHED... This is to help the people who use the default Assetto Corsa launcher and finally fix this problem.
