2022 IndyCar oval skinpack for RSS Formula Americas 2020 (4K) 15.0

My (hopefully) final update of the season has some corrections as well as a Hyvee skin for Santino Ferrucci from Texas.

MAJOR UPDATE - this pack now has accurate driver suits, helmets and gloves courtesy Kerm.

Kerm has spent a tremendous amount of time making these contributions.

Every skin in this pack (around 60) should now have an accurate look for the driver.

This new update requires ACSPRH in order to see the helmets. You must correctly follow the ACSPRH installation instructions in order to see these new helmets.

Some folder names may have changed from previous updates.

Accidentally swapped 8K/4K versions in last update

Fixes an oversight on Dixon's 500 livery.

Now includes Alex Palou's Indianapolis 500 livery, Marcus Ericcson's Indianapolis 500 livery, an update to Scott McLaughlin's Indianapolis 500 livery and Santino Ferrucci's tinted aeroscreen with the help of ernestopaniccia.

Adds Santino Ferrucci's livery for the Indianapolis 500. All 33 participants in the 2022 Indianapolis 500 now have a livery.

Adds Graham Rahal's United Rentals livery for ovals, presuming he'll run this in the 500.

Also some fixes/updates for Stefan Wilson and an update for JR Hildebrand.

Makes a correction and an addition on the Stefan Wilson car after seeing a video of it.

Fixes some logos on the Team Penske cars.
