All is alright but at Renault in career mod : Ocon face, Ocon helmet but still Hulkenberg name

Unfortunately not,this is not a mod that you install in the game.
This is a tool that modify values in the .exe of the game.

I did that on F1 2018 as well before they added the localisation folder. Unfortunately you have to redo it every time you start the game. Since this takes quite some time to do it's not worth the time in my opinion.

There is no really point on leaving a 3 star review though is it?If you don't want to use it don't nobody is forcing you.
I think at least 4 or 5 stars are deserved since it takes about 2 hours to create the file for each language.

Viroo's right. Because he's playing with DX11 as me. And those values are not working with DX11. Could you do this for it? Secondly, I tried it with DX12 but on the driver name, something appears like that: lewishamilton.bk2 . Can you explain how can I fix this problem? Thank you for your answer. :)

You can easily find the value as it will be a similar number to what I've put on the released version.
This issue you saying about Hamilton I never experienced it but like I said in the release note the game will slightly change the drivers address at every start up so you will have to search it again and then modify it but it will be a similar address on what has been saved by me on the released version.
All this it's all in the readme anyway.

You forgot to change Ocon's flag

That is beyond my knowledge with cheat engine unfortunately.
Kubica flag was changed manually in the UI folder,doing the same with the German flag will show ocon yes French but Vettel french too

Works great. Kind of tedious for the first time but once you get the hang of it, it can be done in like five minutes. This is the closest we will get to changing drivers around.... Damn Codies. Thanks for this mate!
