Let me start by saying I love making skins and I love Super GT!
Like a lot of people, I really wanted the modern era Super GT GT500 cars in Assetto Corsa and after a long time waiting for some friends to appear for the URD Shiro I decided to do something for myself.
The Lexus and Honda mods are not my creation and all I have done, with the invaluable help of @bastoner97, is to create 3 cars which are similar to their real-life counterparts and can have some competitive racing with a feel which seems realistic.
Some things to note:
· The Lexus is based around the 3D model for the RC-F GT3 car which does look similar to the GT500 RC F but is obviously not the current LC500 run in 2018
· Sounds are placeholders for the Lexus and Honda until I get time to work out sound modding (or some more talented person creates them!)
· To have the full 2018 grid you will need to purchase the URD Shiro JT5 mod
· Some of the liveries have a fair bit of artistic licence with them due to limitations & differences with the 3D models but all in all I think they are a good representation of the 2018 cars.
This started as a bit of a private passion project but it seems this is a series a lot of people are interested in so I wanted to share my work. This pack includes all 15 2018 Super GT GT500 liveries including driver helmets, driver suits, pit suits & banners. Included are both 2k and 4 resolutions, just open your desired resolution and follow the instructions inside.
Everything you need to know is in the readme file attached.
