You have been saying that:
1. The steering shaft is too long
2. Rosberg name is Hamilton and vice versa
FOR STEERING SHAFT FIX:
Copy ALL files from interiors/tr2 folder to me2 folder and rename all from tr2 to me2 (replace files) You will have Toro Rosso wheel, but this will fix your issues
FOR SWITCHED DRIVER NAMES:
I made this skin in 2014 order. So that means Rosberg is the 2nd driver, not 1st like in 2013. To fix this:
1. Use a 2014 mod
2. Go to database.bin, find row f1drivers_f1teams, in column livery swap number for drivers with ID = 22

Toro Rosso LIVERY folder has Toro Rosso livery (IMPORTANT)
HD and SD folders are skins for the livery (choose one of them)
