Thank Relesys me kindly gave permission for the conversion of its Rfactor circuit version ver platforms SimBin Reiza & Studio (GTR2, GTL, Race07 series GSC FTruck 2013 & 2013)

Conversion & improvement
Editing and adding buildings,
Setting all the objects (BIAS) is the name of the materials,

reviewed much of the textures, and a modified part of the objects,
