2003 BMW WIlliams Livery Update 1.01

Here is an update on the 2003 Williams. Added the missing logo on the car.
------------------ Livery Detail ---------------

- Added the HP logo on the sidepod, front and the front wing,
- Invent logo on the rear wing,
- niquitincq on the front and side of the cockpit
- fedex on the front wing
- Driver suit, cap and umbrella
- tyre lines not included
- car select screen image update

- Drag and drop installation for car skin manual install for driver suits and car selection image
