I like it the most when roads/tracks have a lot of elevation change and "Hong" is one of the best in Assetto Corsa. With AI traffic it's even better.
I made the additional models needed to have the road physics with different surfaces and to free up the access to smaller side roads and parking lots. It is an invisible add-on layer so the new layout works without editing of the original model on your side. CSP is needed for hiding the visuals of the barriers. "AI flood" is not necessary and may even spoil the fun by compacting the group of cars too much.
After the AI traffic was done with the hints I spent time adding reverbs on the narrows and the tunnel so the soundtrack of roaring street race can be more immersive. Made a set of F3 cams for the layout.
Install and use: make sure your copy of "Hong" (v 0.5) is working before adding this resource. Then open the "2way AI layout for hong 0.5.7z" and drop all from it into the track's folder "..\content\tracks\hong". Confirm merging of the "ui" folders. Use "Track day" session and "Hong Free Roam" layout for loading of up to 22 AI that start from different locations along the course.
For better color balance with Sol and CSP use exposure tweak like
