This was all I could make as possible due to the skinning restrictions. Unfortunately, when I tested out this skin into the game, it looked messed up, but it's fixed now.

- Extract the "cars" folder to your F1 2013 game directory.
- If popup appears: click "Yes", if you have Windows 7.
- If you have Windows 8, click "Replace the files in the destination".
