1992 All-Japan Formula 3000 v1.6 by .Race9 Modding & Matthew Sibanyoni ReadMe!.txt

===========================================

DISCLAIMER:
1992 All-Japan Formula 3000 v1.6 by .Race9 Modding & Matthew Sibanyoni is NOT a Reiza product!

VERSION:
v1.6, November 11th 2023

===========================================

PROJECT HISTORY:
The Reynard 92D was originally announced for rFactor by Paul Pantelimon in 2008, but didn't see the daylight until 2013 when Italian hillclimb league CEM Factor started
using it. It was for the longest time hidden behind a paywall, until HigginsonMedia88 simply asked CEMFactor to send him the car. After that the Italians started becoming more relaxed with their content and it was finally released to the public by Pure Formula ONE in 2022. With it's release it was clear for us to get our hands on the car as soon as possible and do our very best to paint as many liveries as possible.

When the same team also released the Dome F103 used in 1992 and 1993 originally created by ITO modding it was a no-brainer for us to start developing any carset using both
chassis, and so we settled for the 1992 All-Japan F3000 season.
Unfortunately the information available of the 1992 All-Japan F3000 season is rare, so the liveries and such will not provide the quality we actually hope for, but it's a solid start to deliver some of the historic content.

===========================================

THIS MOD INCLUDES:
- 13 Cars (liveries and 3D files) from the 1992 All-Japan Formula 3000 season
- some helmets for a few drivers
- real life-inspired physics for all cars
- Mugen MF308 & Cosworth DFV engine sounds
- Reynard 92D template

It does NOT include tracks, nor driver suits or pit crew liveries.

===========================================

KNOWN PROBLEMS/ISSUES:
- The AI performances can vary from their real-life performances.
- Please note parts of the mod were originally developed for rF1, so they might not live up to AMS standards.
- Some cars have 'plain'/inaccurate liveries (mainly due to the fact that there are no pictures available. If you have any at all, please let us know!)

Thanks! This is the first time this was ever reported... on which graphics settings do you run AMS?
This is very fun to drive - instantly intuitive and enjoyable. I love the variety of chassis and tyres in the series, too. Keep up the great work!

Thank you! :)
No cars and teams to select on menu. Only the safety car. Can you correct this? I'll have to give it just one star, but i'll change that soon.
Thanks in advance.

That's weird, I just installed the mod without any issues. Do you use a fresh installation of AMS?
Ofc we'll try to fix the issues asap.
