Notes / History:
Abarth went a long way building Fiat 600 as competitive touring car. And while Abarth's biggest competitor, BMC with their Mini, left from ETCC after victorious 1968, Abarth kept building and modifying this 1000cc small car all way to 1970 and this mod tries to represent Abarth TCR on it's peak in 1970. Physics have been completely rebuilt based on homologation documents and ETCC racing history, as well as the whole mod file structure has been remade to make sure no file conflicts will happen. While Team Zzzz's mod was already great, I always missed that there was no version which would be as authentic as possible and present the car such way that it actually could be placed in (G)TC-76 class. This version will run neck to neck competition against Tincorna's 1970's spec Imps as well as the 1969 BSCC winning Arden Cooper 970S. Mod also features additional class tags for those who want to make their own single player championships (SIM_TC76, SIM_ETCC1970)
Mod features real world skins from early 1970's, including Abt's close to winning 1970 ETCC skin.
Version history:
- 1.0: 11th of March, 2013.
- 2.0: 2nd of April, 2018. After five years, this car seriously needed update. Almost nothing is left from 1.0. Less setup options but a lot more close simulation and wayy more sturdy file structure.
