cpu occupancy

Corrected some missing references in aero.ini so the car doesn't cause errors. Should reduce cpu occupancy problems.
Might have a small effect on handling but only related to spins.

bug fixes

Had a texture error on the rear bumperette, remade the kn5 to fix that.
Gave the driver a black suit and brown gloves instead of Alpinestars.
Small mesh changes in the interior on stuff that bothered me.
Altogether minor update.

Also I deleted 5MB of files from the archive that were leftovers from the Monaco accidentally included.

Version 1.1 includes the body texture template and 1.1.1 does not.

This is the version with the body texture templates in it; adds 50% to DL size so I have been leaving it out normally.

fuel tank

I did move the fuel tank and clicked 'save' but evidently it just... didn't save. So another update to move the fuel tank.

Important! Remove the previous version before installing this one, otherwise some skins will not work correctly.
