Proper Widescreen Support for Rally Trophy
This patch fixes widescreen resolutions in Rally Trophy so that they're not just
a stretched 4:3 image; rather, all resolutions will display with their correct
proportions, without any of the distortion that vanilla RT has with
non-traditional resolutions (i.e. anything that's not 4:3). In addition, an
optional borderless windowed mode is available
