I knew nothing about this car until this morning when I saw it on a scale model.

Monstrous cars. Powered by a variety of big block V8s, most often a Chevy 454 bored to near 500ci, if you floored the throttle at 80mph in third gear it would smoke the rear tires and fishtail down the track. I can't imagine one with a turbo.
