Acceleration and Brake pedals not working

Hi

I have just bought this game from steam as it seems to have rave reviews EVERYWHERE.

I'm using a Thrustmaster T80 wheel & pedals.
It does work on my PC if I download the Thrustmaster T100 drivers, and go to control panel, all the pedals, wheel and buttons are working correctly.

Unfortunately in this game, my pedals are detected as 'all or nothing' - full acceleration, or none at all.

This maybe becasue the T80's pedals are actually the 'L2' buttons on a playstation..
BUT, as I said, my T80 control panel on my desktop detects that I'm pressing a button when I am accelerating... but it still also shows the smooth incremental acceleration and braking axes.

Is there anyway I can get this game to recognize the sensitivity of my pedals?
Otherwise I think it's unplayable?
